Lewes Delaware
The city of Lewes has Ocean and Bay beaches. It is known for some of the best sport fishing on the East coast, and is also the First town in the First State. Cape Henlopen state park offers Biking, Camping, fishing, horse back riding, hunting, kayaking, picnicking, surfing, swimming, they offer a 3 mile long trail that loops the park great for hiking, summer camp, and several different activities at the nature centers for children and family activities. Another major attraction is the Cape May-Lewes Ferry which transports passengers from Lewes to Cape May NJ. Lewes is the perfect year round get away! |
